Dan Wolff is a trial and appellate litigator. He is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office, and a member of the firm’s Environment & Natural Resources Group. His practice encompasses a number of areas of environmental and natural resources law and the workplace safety and health laws applicable to the group’s clients. Office of Special Counsel Proposes Expanding Whistleblower Coverage to Federal Contractors
